I am very fond of all my professors and they have very impressive resumes. My professors all are so kind and involved. So following are the institutes that are in our top ten list and are known worldwide for their quality education. Our students deserve it. Regardless of extracurricular interests, however, there's an undeniable bond in the love of learning and open-mindedness that ties everyone in UChicago together. While Harvard University continues to be the highest-ranked university for politics & international studies, the award for most-improved university arguably goes to Stanford University, which has climbed 11 places to now rank sixth. However, there was an adjustment period my freshman year. Oxy likes to parade itself around as a pillar of inclusivity, but the lack of ownership and material reparations dedicated to dismantling racist conditions of the college, such as the blackface incident from a donor of the school (who graduated in the 80s) that rose to light this past year, truly prove that Oxy thrives under a facade of progressive interests. However, I would like to see a girls soccer club, and that the soccer clubs would be recognized as intercollegiate clubs to the school. The latter is a withering major and the former have suffered lack of support. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved with community service, and a lot of the sports team here are very talented. Top universities offer International Relations courses exploring themes like government and the state, political behaviour, and local or international economic issues. I would also like to see more funding towards the science departments for equipment for research. The size of the school is perfect. I love CMC! They give opportunities to advance in your desired career field, as well as be there in a new environment. Advisors are really helpful and kind; they do everything to help you plan out your path. As a small college, relationships were important and everyone loved to talk about anything. It was tough, but the support of programs like Deneb Stars and the many other programs (including late night escorts for safety) allowed her to make the leap and find her feet. Every student here is so passionate and loves to learn. I was not really happy for the over 3% increase of tuition for this coming school year. Professors not TA's taught my courses and they as well as their TA's did a great job of being accessible when I needed assistance. The breadth of academic choices available was incredible. Advisors are really helpful and kind; they do everything to help you plan out your path. It did not have the best buildings or food but it makes up for it through the ability to feel at home. I play softball for Pomona Pitzer, and the team spirit keeps me sane, while the support from other student-athletes from football and baseball, etc. I also really like the lush green beautiful campus and Lake Waban.Read 578 Reviews, Junior: William & Mary is an amazing school, and I feel so lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful peers, professors, and others who have made my experience so great. Johns Hopkins has met and exceeded my expectations. Middlebury is a place that makes you self-aware and pushes you out of your comfort zone! Oxy has always fostered passionate and committed academics with a highly focused attention towards global and local impacts, while still maintaining an easy-going and inclusive west-coast attitude. The school emphasizes pre-professionalism, providing many resources for corporate career development but also placing a lot of pressure on the student body. The school has a real issue when it comes to helping students in general. I was challenged and pushed to become my best by teachers who went above and beyond. Also, the overall culture of the school is toxic and concerning. With over 425,000 Trojan alumni in the world, you are always connected to a Trojan. Through Colby's variety of programs and class offerings - in particular, the importance Colby put on studying abroad - my eyes were opened to the whole wide world that awaited me upon graduation, and I couldn't be more grateful! The undergrad experience is fantastic--Stanford really makes sure to integrate first year students into campus life. Additionally, the campus is used for events such as concerts, and so there is always something to do outside of BU right outside your door. My daughter is gifted, but shy shy shy, and her mother is Brazilian, so VERY attached and we worried about sending her away. Highly recommend!
